Job description (Health Safety Environment Supervisor) for expats within Oman
✅ Monitor and enforce HSE standards and procedures in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
✅ Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
✅ Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
✅ Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
✅ Ensure proper documentation and reporting of HSE activities.
✅ Support continuous improvement of HSE performance and initiatives.
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HSE Advisor or Supervisor role (preferably in oil & gas, or infrastructure projects).
🔹 Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) in health and safety or OPAL HSE Apprenticeship Program.
🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills.
🔹 Ability to work in remote site locations and adapt to field conditions.
